The original Clerkenwell townhouse was named ‘Best New Cocktail Bar’ at Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans, and Marylebone's Seymour’s Parlour is equally remarkable. Stepping into either, you'd be forgiven for thinking you've been transported back in time.
Cocktails at both Townhouses are made in collaboration with
pioneering drinks creator Tony Conigliaro, with each recipe
featuring bespoke ingredients developed and made by the bar team in
the lab. Work your way through carefully concocted cordials,
aromatics and tinctures inspired by times passed.
